The property is at the rear of Hillside, a 1650’s rennovated grade II listed house. Car parking is on the block paved courtyard next to the modern studio entrance.

East views from the studio are towards the adjacent grade I medieval parish church. Looking south the view is across an established garden, which slopes down the hill to a shaded pond and seating area. There are French doors from both the bedroom and sitting room leading into the garden.

There is a patio on the church side of the studio with comfortable outdoor seating, for the exclusive use of studio guests.

The property has wifi access, internet enabled TVs in both the living space and bedroom, radio (via the TV speakers) and a DVD player in the sitting room. A hob, microwave & fridge enable you to make your own drinks and light meals. A collection of board games, DVDs and novels are available. There is a folder with extensive information on local walks, cycle routes and places of interest.
